Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience.

• Knowledge of 90’s and Y2K vintage brands and modern designers.

• Familiarity with current fashion trends and the emerging underground designers.

• Understanding of the secondhand and resale fashion market.

• Experience selling personal clothing online (e.g. Depop, Poshmark, etc.) is a plus.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

 

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet and engage customers, providing personalized assistance and styling advice.

• Deliver exceptional service throughout the store, including the sales floor, fitting rooms and checkout.
   

Store Maintenance & Merchandising

• Ensure the store remains clean, organized and visually appealing at all times.

• Assist with receiving and processing new inventory and restocking the sales floor as needed.

• Support merchandising efforts by maintaining visual standards and display aesthetics.

• Keep the stockroom organized.

 

Sales & POS Operations

• Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently.

• Handle customer transactions, including sales & credit card processing.

• Support daily operational tasks and light administrative duties as needed.

 

Teamwork & Communication

• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to meet store goals.

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with the team.

• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

 

Other Duties

• Assist with store events, promotions, and other special projects.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
