Assistant Store Manager

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail experience.

• Knowledge of Y2K and 90s designer brands, and current modern designer clothing.

• Familiarity with current fashion trends and the emerging underground designers.

• Understanding of the secondhand and resale fashion market.

• Experience selling personal clothing online (e.g. Depop, Poshmark, etc.) is a plus.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

 

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet and engage customers, provide personalized assistance and styling advice.

• Create a shopping vibe in the store, run the sales floor, and provide excellent customer service.
   

Store Consignment, Maintenance & Merchandising

• Ensure the store is always organized and visually appealing.

• Assist with receiving and processing new inventory and restocking the sales floor as needed.

• Work with consigners, Intake consignment items, price items and set-up consigners in the POS system.

• Support merchandising efforts, style racks, create style stories.

• Keep the stockroom organized.

 

Sales & POS Operations

• Handle customer transactions, including POS sales & credit card processing.

• Experience with Ricochet is a plus.

• Support daily operational tasks and light administrative duties as needed.

 

Teamwork & Communication

• Work collaboratively with fellow Harper 67 sales associates to meet store goals.

• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

 

Other Duties

• Assist with store events, promotions, and other special projects.

Part-time Sales Associate
